Our History & Mission

TregoED’s critical thinking strategies are adapted from Kepner-Tregoe’s proven analytic methods. Kepner-Tregoe Inc. was founded in 1958 on the strength of Dr. Benjamin Tregoe’s and Dr. Charles Kepner’s pioneering research in rational problem-solving and decision-making. Tregoe founded TregoED in 1993 and served as its chairman until his death in 2005.

TregoED critical thinking strategies have reached over 9,000 school and district leaders and 40,000 students.
