Kathy Blackburn, Ed.D., Executive Director, Board Chairperson
Kathy oversees all aspects of TregoED strategy and operations. She works throughout the U.S. and Canada with districts and education leaders helping them address and resolve complex issues. Prior to joining TregoED, Kathy served as district senior director, middle school principal, and teacher with Orange County Public Schools in Orlando, FL. She received her B.S. degree from the University of Florida, her M.Ed. degree from Rollins College and her Ed.D. degree from the University of Central Florida.
Carol Gregorovic, Office Manager
Carol works from our HQ in Princeton, NJ and supports all aspects of TregoED. Prior to joining TregoED, Carol was a senior coordinator with Kepner-Tregoe, Inc., an international management consulting firm. She held a variety of positions in desktop publishing, production arena, and administration.
Cynthia T. Richetti, Director of Operations/Administration & Product Development
Cynthia has been with TregoED since its inception and has served in several capacities, including: consulting and delivery, management, and product development. She is co-author with Ben Tregoe of Analytic Processes for School Leaders (ASCD, 2001) and has co-authored several articles. Prior to joining TregoED, she was a consultant with Kepner-Tregoe, Inc. Cynthia holds a B.A. degree from Colgate University and a M.S. degree from the University of Pennsylvania.
Pat Schwarber, Director of Leadership Services
Pat helps develop TregoED business relationships and strategic alliances as well as secure funding. She also assists with delivery and client relationships. Prior to joining TregoED, Pat was a partner and senior consultant with Kepner-Tregoe Inc.. Pat designed and facilitated engagements in a variety of areas including: strategy formulation and implementation, skill development, team building, and productivity improvement.
Sandra Wozniak, Director of Curriculum, Technology and Professional Development
Sandy manages the design and delivery of our technology-related products and professional development. Prior to joining TregoEd, Sandy taught for 33 years in the New Jersey public schools. In 2010, she was honored as NJ Middle Level Educator of the Year and currently serves as President of the NJ Association for Middle Level Education. She received her B.A., Masters, and Supervisory Certification from Rutgers University.
Benjamin B. Tregoe, Ph.D.
Co-Founder and Chairman Emeritus, Kepner-Tregoe, Inc.
Benjamin B. Tregoe, Ph.D. was co-founder of Kepner-Tregoe and served as chairman emeritus until he died in 2005. In 1993, realizing a long-held dream of serving educators and education, he founded TregoED.
Dr. Tregoe authored several books and articles. He is memorialized in the Human Resource Development Hall of Fame. Dr. Tregoe held a bachelor of arts from Whittier College and a doctor of philosophy from Harvard University.
Bill Baldwin, Chief Financial Officer, Kepner-Tregoe
Bill Baldwin joined Kepner-Tregoe in 1997 as worldwide controller where he implemented successful systems to improve efficiencies while reducing costs and improving cash flow. He was named Chief Financial Officer (CFO) in 2002 and has served as Board secretary since 2007 and Director since 2011.
Bill oversees the Finance, Legal and Information Technology functions of KT worldwide. His responsibilities include financial reporting, accounting, budgeting and forecasting, treasury, insurance, cash management, tax, legal and information technology functions for KT global operations.
Bill holds a B.A. in Accounting from Rowan University. He is a Certified Public Accountant and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the New Jersey State Society of Certified Public Accountants.
Michael W. Curran-Hays, Partner—Kepner-Tregoe
Michael Curran-Hays directs Kepner-Tregoe (KT) operations in the U.S. and Canada. Michael provides executive leadership for all consulting and training services in the region. Michael’s areas of expertise include: cost management, operational improvement, strategy formulation, and professional development.
Michael holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Arizona. He resides with his wife and children in Camp Hill, Pennsylvania
Christopher T. Cross, Chairman, Cross & Joftus
Christopher T. Cross, chairman of the education policy consulting firm Cross & Joftus, serves as a distinguished senior fellow with the Education Commission of the States and is a consultant to the Broad Foundation. Chris brings considerable strategic planning, policy analysis, and development skills to the table. In addition to serving on numerous educational policy boards and research councils, he was a senior fellow with the Center for Education Policy and has served in the US. Department of Education as Assistant Secretary for Educational Research and Improvement, facilitating the negotiated rule-making process on Title 1 for the Department.
Chris has written extensively in the education and public policy areas and has been published in numerous scholarly and technical publications including Education Week, The College Board Review, Washington Post and LA Times. He has published the book Political Education: National Policy Comes of Age in 2003.
Chris has a BA from Whittier College and an MA in government from California State University.
