Introductory Workshops

Building individual decision-making capacity is an essential first step to building district capacity and excellence. TregoED workshops for school and district leaders are highly-regarded and a critical element of the TregoED approach. The workshops:

  • Increase individual decision-making and problem-solving effectiveness
  • Provide a shared approach and language for resolving issues
  • Provide a framework for collaborative resolution of issues
  • Allow participants to address critical district issues while building participant confidence and capability
  • Offer a safe environment in which individuals and groups can sharpen their skills

Collaborative Decision-making for School Leaders helps school and district leaders learn the strategies and apply them to education-related cases and job-related issues.

Participants will learn strategies to help them:

  • Develop meaningful solutions to difficult problems
  • Build commitment among stakeholders
  • Create a culture of effective decision-making
