TregoEd works closely with each district to identify desired results and project goals. Each project is tailored to address a district's unique set of needs, strengths, and constraints.
Most projects have two major phases:
Phase I: Build foundational decision-making capacity – introduce strategies and help leaders apply them to district or school issues
Phase II: Leverage/Extend capacity - create decision-making and problem-solving excellence through the development of advanced capabilities and the integration of strategies into organizational culture and systems.
