Kathy Blackburn, Ed.D., Executive VP – Leadership Services

Kathy, former Executive Director of TregoED, works throughout North America helping educational leaders effectively address their most challenging problems and decisions.  She specializes in Education Leadership Development and Consulting, Continuous Improvement and Collaborative Problem Solving.   Kathy is a former district and school leader in Orange County, FL, a large urban district.  Her Doctorate of Education is focused on Education Leadership from the University of Central Florida.

Michael Curran-Hays, Executive Director

Michael oversees all aspects of TregoED strategy and operations.  His service on TregoED’s board since its inception, is a direct reflection of his commitment to education and its ability to positively change lives. In fact, Michael began his career as an ESL and middle school teacher in Tucson, AZ. Michael joins us From Kepner-Tregoe and brings extensive experience in executive leadership for all consulting and training services in the Americas and expertise in business process and operational improvement.  His commitment to the importance of building capacity and ensuring it leads to desired outcomes will be an asset in helping our client school districts meet their objectives.

Caroline Gregorovic, Office Manager

Carol works from our HQ in Princeton, NJ and supports all aspects of TregoED. Prior to joining TregoED, Carol was a senior coordinator with Kepner-Tregoe, Inc., an international management consulting firm. She held a variety of positions in desktop publishing, production, management and administration.

Cynthia Richetti, Director of Operations/Administration & Product Development

Cynthia has been with TregoED since its inception and has served in several capacities, including: consulting and delivery, management, and product development. She is co-author with Ben Tregoe of Analytic Processes for School Leaders (ASCD, 2001) and has co-authored several articles. Prior to joining TregoED, she was a consultant with Kepner-Tregoe, Inc. Cynthia holds a B.A. degree from Colgate University and a M.S. degree from the University of Pennsylvania.

Patricia Schwarber, Director of Leadership Services

Patricia’s focus is on developing client relationships and providing delivery and account management services. She also assists in securing funding.  Prior to joining TregoED, Patricia was a partner and senior consultant with Kepner-Tregoe Inc. Patricia designed and facilitated engagements in a variety of areas including: strategy formulation and implementation, skill development, team building, and productivity improvement.

Alicia Tate, Director of Leadership Services

Alicia brings a wealth of education experience to our team. She has 30+ years of experience working with and on behalf of individuals who have disabilities and other at-risk populations. Prior to joining TregoED, she served as a highly-respected leader in Special Education in several districts, from poverty stricken rural communities, large urban, to highly affluent districts. Alicia has served at Cabinet level in several districts and has helped to facilitate process in a variety of high stakes operations and general education problem solving situations and complex decision making within that role. She holds a Ph.D. in Specialized Education Services. Alicia works directly with TregoED partners to deliver services, and maximize results using process.

Sandra Wozniak, Director of Technology and Communications

Sandra manages the design and delivery of our technology, communications, professional development and marketing-related products.  Prior to joining TregoED, Sandra taught for 33 years in the New Jersey public schools. Former recipient of  NJ Middle Level Educator of the Year and  J. Thomas Kane Presidential Award for enhancing Middle Level Education in NJ, she is currently serving on the Executive Board of the NJ Association for Middle Level Education. She received her B.A., Masters, and Supervisory Certification from Rutgers University.
